This place was great!! You ever time in the pool for your dogs, an instructor goes in with them and you can throw toys for them. They have toys and towels and rinse the dogs off when you are done! The water is perfect warm temperature!
The trainers here are fantastic. One of my dogs is a very high-strung rescue with a lot of nervous issues which most people find too much to handle. The trainers here are fantastic. One of my dogs is a very high-strung rescue with a lot of nervous issues which most people find too much to handle. However, the ladies here treated him so well and helped him face his fears without showing any signs of irritation towards him and really helped him come out of his shell. Our dogs had soooo much fun and it was incredibly heartwarming to see my nervous one face his fears and have a great time because of the staff. I would definitely recommend them to literally anyone who wants their pups to have a good time and it’s a great option for winter times.

We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Animal Matters and Jenn! So far, we’ve completed two puppy classes and a brewery manners class. We also utilize the swim lessons; Jenn has helped our previously nervous pup be comfortable swimming in the pool! Jenn has been very helpful and always provides great advice when he have questions about training our pup. We would recommend any of Animal Matters’ services!
She tried with so much patience to get our puppers to swim, but he was happiest only going in up to his belly on his own. Maybe next time!
