Applejack has been a god send for our puppy who loved us but did not respect us. Each and every trainer has imparted knowledge that has made the relationship with our puppy stronger and has taught the puppy to respect our commands. Ancillary issues, like defiantly peeing when not getting her way, have been all but resolved during our time with Applejack. Their training relies on the dog's natural propensity to please the owner and does not use clickers or treats as reward. I'm much happier with this style since I don't want to keep treats or a clicker on me. A second integral part of their training is training the humans. Dogs are always learning and owners can inadvertently train dogs into bad habits. Applejack has helped us understand what our individual puppy is thinking and customized the training to suit us and our puppy. This is not a one size fits all training program. However, like any relationship you must be willing to invest time into training if you wish to maximize the return. I absolutely recommend Applejack for training. Its difficult to imagine a time before this training since our lives have gotten easier and our relationship with our puppy is that much stronger.
