April's K911 Academy is a great place to take your puppies or grown dogs. She is very knowledgeable and caring with all the dogs, frankly they love her! We started with her puppy class and utilized her doggy day care. My puppies were afraid and skittish. They are doing great now and part of what helped them after class was doggy day care for the socialization and learning to get along with other dogs. Honesty, I can not express in words how great her knowledge and training is. I highly recommend you try it out!

We recently rescued a large 3 y/o male pit bull with aggression toward other dogs. Through a combination of April's obedience training & day care we are building up his confidence and correcting his 'grumpy' dog behavior. He is not the same scared & insecure dog we rescued 3 months ago. We have learned so many tools & techniques through April and it has built up our confidence as well. April is a great dog trainer but her true gift is training people to better understand & communicate with their dogs.

Luna was very aggressive towards other dogs, after the first grumpy dog workshop, she started calming down, and on graduation day I let her off the leash and she didn't even growl, plus she learned to be way more obedient, will definitely come back again with Luna and my other puppy

April is an awesome trainer. She hands you instructional worksheet but i enjoy more seeing her properly showing you the correct commands in making my dog to obey! Love seeing Thor come a long way. Thank you!
