I had an amazing time with Arcadian Canine LLC. I had Dara as a trainer and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She treated my dogs so well and really has a beautiful and true connection with them. She did a great job teaching them, as well as me! My insane reactive 10 month old Malinois can now heel, listen, do recall, wait for his food while it’s in front of him, and is so so much less reactive now. (And just more locked in in general.) They even offer classes after and consultations. I seriously recommend Arcadian Canine, I had an amazing experience. They’re flexible, understanding and are awesome people. We were completely lost when we got our first puppy at the start. We did some research and found Arcadian. Called them up and they came out to our home for free, gave us a quick lesson, made sure everything we had was good for our puppy. They Offered up solutions to our problems at the time without charge. That sold us already. They were extremely professional and it was obvious they knew their stuff. We opted for the 3 weeks of boarding with training. Our pup after the first week stay was night and day so much more trained and was showing off her intelligence. They were so caring and wanted to make sure we were able to succeed and continue with at home training, they would check in with us in between the first and last boarding sessions. The second round of boarding with training lasted 2 weeks and when she returned she came back to us even more intelligent than the first time. Her ability to respond to our commands, and the way we were finally able to control her made every single moment with Arcadian worth it. We just finished our last one on one session and we could not have been happier with the results and knowledge we have gained from them. Highly recommend. Even if you are on the fence, give them a call. They are so willing to help you with the consultation. It was truly what sold us on their services!

We met with Dara for help with our 5 year old poodle who suffers from high anxiety and reactivity. He was getting worse and when we met with Dara, gave us hope that our dog could make some changes. She planned to meet with us for 3 sessions and then 2 weeks of board and train, with a follow up of 2 sessions at home. I'm happy to report that our 5 year old has benefitted from all of the work that has been done with him.

My experience with Makaela and Arcadian Canine was amazing! I had 8 sessions with Makaela to help with my puppy Charlotte. She was constantly jumping up on counters, jumping at the fence, and did not know how to stay on her “place.” We worked on these with Makaela each session along with other commands and leash manners. I always felt comfortable asking for guidance on other problems or issues that would come up between sessions and would receive very helpful information and prompt responses. Would 100% recommend using Arcadian Canine for any training needs!
