Arfordable Dog Training

We adopted a rescue puppy last fall. Her mother was a chihuahua and we later realized her father was a Jack Russell. Needless to say, she is a handful!! We discovered Arfordable after researching many dog training facilities. They are miracle workers!! After just 4 weeks of day training, we have a completely different dog!! She obeys commands, can be walked on a leash and is all around a good dog now. We were at our wits end and I don’t know what we would have done without Arfordable. We now use them for occasional boarding and playcare. She loves everyone there and gets so excited when she realizes she is going to “school”. I cannot say enough good things about this facility and staff. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Not to be dramatic but Jessica pretty much saved my dog’s life. I have a super sweet and friendly Boston Terrier but about a year ago he started growling and biting when I’d try to move/adjust him on the bed. I thought that maybe he needed behavioral training and out of all of the trainers I spoke with, Jessica was the only trainer who asked thorough and in depth questions before agreeing to help my dog. She suggested that my dog may actually be in lingering pain from a back injury he had two years ago and the first step was to get an xray at the vet because she didn’t want to shut down his communication if he’s trying to tell me that he’s hurt and come to find out, Jessica was right. Every other trainer I spoke to before Jessica didn’t ask a single question. They were all very eager to say they could help and wanted to charge me $2-3K to teach my dog basic commands like “sit” and “stay” (which he already knew) and I couldn’t understand how that would address the growling and biting issue. I highly recommend Jessica! She’s the only educated and honest dog trainer in San Antonio that I trust.
