Arlington Dog Nanny

Brenda and Desiree have been so wonderful and amazing to us and our little pup! The company is accomodating to our ever changing schedules, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. Brenda has taken care of our dog as if she were her own and always sends us messages with updates after every walk. We are sad to leave Arlington Dog Nanny and hope we can find someone as great in our new location when we move out to the suburbs!

Extremely unresponsive via email or phone. I can't actually evaluate the service itself because I never got around to getting it. Some of it is my fault, for sure, because after weeks of back and forth trying to schedule an evaluation I had to reschedule due to my dog misbehaving. The woman who I called during the cancellation was kind and curious. But, when I was ready to bring my dog back and in need of getting him walked again, the unresponsive emails and phone calls came back in full swing. Eventually I simply tired of the game and settled with another company with a less than ideal schedule. I'm sure that once the evaluations take place they may be a great company to stick with, but if you are in a time crunch I recommend another company.
