If I could give one thousand stars, I would. From the very first contact via phone, I could tell that Bianca and Anthony were amazing, skilled, caring professionals. Even though I hadn’t yet signed on with ASH, they spent a lot of time learning about our Frank and our challenges. From the first minutes, my very high-energy, dominant, reactive rescue pittie mix was calm, attentive, and eager to learn in their presence. Understanding that each dog and owner is different, they design an individualized learning program that is right for your dog and family’s needs. Despite having had dogs my entire life, I realized that I have everything to learn—structure and rules make for a more balanced dog and THAT is the biggest proof of love you can give your dog. They give it to you straight and hold you accountable. They provide you with the guidance and support to be successful, but expect you to put in the work with your dog. Without Bianca and Anthony, I do believe we would have had to return Frank to the shelter. We still have so much work to do, but the progress we have made is truly astounding. I love my dog more than anything and know that Bianca and Anthony have dedicated their lives to helping dogs and their owners. The relationship they are able to establish with dogs so quickly is proof of that. I trust them completely and am eternally grateful for them…even when they point out that I’m the problem :)
