We run all levels of AKC Dog and Puppy Classes here on Sundays from 10 am to 11am.
My name is Britta Staub, I am owner and head Dog Trainer at ASPIRE Dog Training. I am a Certified Canine Behavior Consultant and a Certified Dog Trainer (see my Bio Page to see all of my education). I can teach you how to make your dog balanced, happy and behave the way you want.
As a certified Canine Behavior Consultant and certified dog trainer, I know that all dogs need structure and consistency on our part to be well behaved. I feel it is up to us, the responsible dog owners, to learn how to be the best leader we can for our dogs. Otherwise, the dogs will assume the leadership role, which will lead to behavior problems.

Paul and Britta are very effective in training my Irish Setter. Actually they trained me to dog dog language better which made him easer to understand what I wanted. In just one lesson , after learning much before , they worked with him and showed me with a Gentle Leader color to keep his attention on me and not chase the ducks. After one lesson I did work with my dog remembering and doing what Paul said to do. Now no need for the training collar. My dog listens and obeys.

Highly recommend Paul and Britta as dog trainers! My family took 3 dogs to them including one that was very reactive to other people and a puppy that was scared of his own shadow. They worked with our dogs to build their confidence and help us maintain healthy pack dynamics. We enjoyed their Canine Good Citizen Class, Urban Dog, Trick classes and of course agility.

We don’t know what we would have done without Paul and Britta with Aspire Dog Training. We have a very active and excitable Labrador. In addition to taking many classes at the Poway location, we also had Paul come to our home. Paul taught our 4 children how to train our pup in our home and in our backyard. Paul also took the time to go on walks with us around our neighborhood to teach us how to train our dog on a leash. We continue to get advice from them when needed. They are THE BEST!!
