Mr.Sanford knows what he’s doing when it comes to training dogs, within a week there was a drastic change in my dogs behavioral issues and he really does care about the dogs he trains , my dog Frankie didn’t even wanna leave his side when he first dropped him off which goes to show Mr Sanford will take care of your dog in the best way possible , overall 10/10 exceeded my expectations will definitely recommended him

We have a 4yr old rescue ridgeback mix who was very reactive. Trainer Sanford is so passionate about dogs and building a healthy relationship between dog and owner. His knowledge and training program allowed my dog and I to be able to walk around the neighborhood calmly, bring friends to the house, and lowered our dogs anxiety by building up her confidence and teaching me how to communicate with her. I will say that 90% of dog training is really human training. The dog has little to no critical thinking skills, so its up to us to build good habits and catch bad behaviors before they turn into bad habits. There was so much that Sanford was able to teach me in a relatively short amount of time, he is respectful and very caring. I really enjoyed working with him and while our dog isnt perfect she is so much better!

I’m not sure if anybody uses the canine training center right next to the Pearland canine resource center. Today while I was up there, I saw one of the trainers straight up, shock the dog so hard that the dog jumped off the ground and started yelping and the trainer just told the dog to “shut up”. I know that people use shock collars to train animals all the time, but there becomes a line of abuse that needs to be talked about. When my wife called to speak about this to the owner ( she has a ton of experience with animals professionally ) the owner denied that the situation happened and once he noticed he couldn’t talk him self out of it. He said “ okay little Mrs Reagan what can I do about it now? “ then proceeded to just talk over her and belittle her. Very unprofessional business owner. The lot is rented out on sniffspot that’s listed by pearland canine resource center and they do receive “ donations “ in exchange . They do not technically empoylee these people but they do rent the property out and these trainers have used the collars before and made other people uncomfortable. The trainer also works with fort bend county.( the trainer is not affiliated with PCRC, I have spoken with them and they do not condone what this trainer has done. ) AttaBoi Training
