Attaboy Dog Training

I found Attaboy Dog Training because we adopted a puppy and I wanted to find a place she could go to play with other puppies but where I didn’t have to commit to a multi week class. We started with the puppy class with Emily. The first day she was scared and began the class by sitting in the corner and peeing on herself. Emily was so patient and kind with our puppy that by the time that group session ended she loved going and also did all the obstacles with great confidence. It really helped get a head start on training with her as well. I decided to sign up for Obedience 1 because there was a day/time combination that worked with my schedule. It was wonderful to work with Karen and I feel in addition to increasing my dog’s skills, I became a better owner because I learned important dog training tactics as well. I plan to keep utilizing Attaboy’s services in the future to keep my dog engaged and entertained.

I just finished the 5 week beginner course with my 7 month old puppy. The progress she has made from the start of the training to yesterday had been incredible. Emily did a great job instructing the class and building confidence between my dog & me. They did a great job explaining products and got my dog a collar which has changed her walking tremendously. I can’t wait to come back and learn more in the fall!

I don’t know if I can fully express my gratitude and amazement for the training we received. I say “we” because, while our dog did have some behavioral issues to work out, we also needed to make some changes. Karen truly cared and helped identify our problem areas and provided solutions. Our dog went from being socially anxious to being shown in a fair within a few months. Attaboy provides a great service but they also pour their heart into what they do, and it has made all the difference!
