We just finished a 4 week board and train for our puppy, Diesel, and I cannot believe the puppy I picked up is the same puppy I dropped off. I HIGHLY recommend Kim and Jason! I was sooooo very nervous to leave Diesel, but Kim was so kind - reassuring me that he would love his “puppy camp” and sure enough - he did! They sent pictures and videos of him each week, which made it so much easier on us. I am a first time dog mom and had no idea how to train our high drive, rambunctious German Shepherd/Rottweiler puppy. Diesel went to camp only knowing the command “sit”. He came home knowing heel, down, sit, come, no, nein, yes, up and so much more. Who knew our wild baby would learn to CRAVE commands and LOVE obeying. He even knows to stop and wait for permission before he goes in or out of the house and car! Kim and Jason are so kind and genuine. When we picked him up, they spent the time with us showing us what he has learned and how we can keep up with his training and scheduled another follow up in a couple weeks to work with us again. They provide easy video instructions on how training works and why it works. I HIGHLY recommend them to any dog mom and dads!

Audax K9 Academy did a fantastic job training my 5 months old bernedoodle puppy! I was looking to give my puppy an upper edge with training early on. Kimberly and Jason did a great job house breaking my puppy, taught essential commands (e.g., down, come, heel, etc), as well as leash training. I was also having a challenge with crate training (and the puppy whining in the apartment) and they were able to break this with routine training technique and getting him comfortable with “his” space. Kimberly and Jason both have a passion and love for animals and their experience handling/training animals is well represented with the results. My puppy did the 5 week board and train program. I was very pleased with the results. My puppy came back knowing the essential commands and also with a new sense of trust, respect and companionship. Kimberly and Jason did a thorough debrief at pickup to walk through the commands, have offered follow up FaceTime sessions, and additional tutorials as part of the package. Their house is welcoming with plenty of outdoor space for the trainers to work with the dogs. I would recommend Audax K9 Academy for anyone looking to train a puppy early on or to work on a specific behavior painpoint. My wife and I have be taking training classes for our German Shepard for about 2 years, off-and-on, from puppy basics through intermediate obedience. We've also attended seminars on nose work and e-collars. Kim and Jason are strong trainers and good people. They have helped us to understand basic and intermediate training concepts as well as to better understand our dog. I'd recommend Audax K9 Academy to dog owners in Snohomish Count, especially those with GSD's.
