Auntie Dog

This looks like an excellent place for dog training however the receptionist was very unfriendly and almost seemed bothered that we stopped by with our puppy with no appointment. We were driving by and decided to check it out but the receptionist ruined it for us. We left very disappointed. I'd give it a 4 star just from the all the ribbons and different training courses but giving it a 2 star due to lack of friendliness.

I normally don’t write reviews but I waited over a month and a half to get an appointment for there program. When I got there I spoke to the woman for approximately one minute and she told me that they cannot take emotional support dogs but they take therapy dogs and dogs in general. After that I was told my dog cannot come there even though I just waited forever for this interview. This would’ve been great to know before I wasted my time. On their website nowhere did it say anything about emotional support dogs not being welcome. My dog is no different and doesn’t require any special training like every other dog that lives in a home. This is just ridiculous because normal dogs and emotional support dogs are legit the same thing.
