Words can not express how thankful we are to Kirstie for training our Rokky. We did a 2 week board and train a few weeks ago and have seen remarkable behavior changes in Rokky. We got to the point where we could not take him places and even walks were becoming a challenge. He was running our house and our lives. We are now able to successfully bring him anywhere and he doesn’t only listen, but he’s calm and enjoys just being with us. He’s able to do what he loves, getting attention and playing with other dogs. We are planing a vacation with him soon and it could have never happened without Kirstie’s training. On top of training Rokky, she was amazing with training us. She was very patient with my anxiety and bad past over treating behavior.

My 5month old Biggy had a blast during his training sessions with Kirstie at this place. I wasn't sure how he was gonna handle it, but Kirstie was able to make him feel comfortable and at home the 2 weeks that he stayed in training. It was amazing to be getting pictures and videos from the academy every day on the progress. I picked him up after completing his program and he was a well behaved puppy listening to all commands that he had learned. I will always recommend this training academy.

We got our dog, Benny, in Dec 2020. We had him for almost a year before we found Kirstie. Benny has been to two different trainers, but neither of them were able to connect to Benny to get the results we needed. Benny is a high energy dog and for two people who work full time it was hard to find the time to spend on training, consistently. Kirstie was referred to us by a friend who’s cousin had used her to train her dog. The results we heard was that it was “night and day” from before. After Benny went to Kirstie for her two week program we couldn’t agree with that statement. It was Night and Day. We went from a dog that would barely listen to us to a dog that came when called immediately. We can walk Benny without a leash and we all are much happier when walking. Benny’s ability to play with other dogs changed. He was very dominant before and now he plays. We can see the change in his behavior around other dogs that he is just meeting for the first time. We cannot recommend Kirstie enough and since Benny has completed his session, we have referred two friends to her and would recommend anyone who needs help with understanding their dog. The best part is that it is an at-home setting and Kirstie makes your dog feel like one of her own.
