Autumn The Dog Trainer

My 8 month old puppy is a HEAVY puller when we go on walks. He is also very active and often anxious. Autumn came to our home today for his first day of training. She provided us with valuable knowledge on the styles of training that are most appropriate for his behavioral issues and anxiety. She worked with him inside for a while and helped him learn to calm down, be patient, sit on command consistently, and understand to heel when walking. These were areas where he really struggled before and just a few minutes with her and he was really SO much better. She also showed me how to train him in these areas so we could improve between training sessions. When we went outside, she briefly practiced these skills with him and my heavy puller was loose leash walking instantly. I couldn’t believe it. She gave me the leash and taught me how to have him do the same and he DID. I was really impressed and grateful for her skills and I’m looking forward to our future sessions and what she will teach us both!

I am absolutely ELATED to have found Autumn, The Dog Trainer! On our first session I witnessed my dog, Moses, transform from a jumping, slightly neurotic puppy to a poised, attentive and impressively obedient dog. Watching Autumn work with Moses was like a beautiful dance. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about dogs. She is THE BEST! I am so excited to have Autumn take us all the way in our training journey!💙

Have rotten dog. Rotten dog is unreasonable with new people and anything he thinks is weird. Things that are weird for the rotten dog: wind, lawnmower, my dad, boxes that weren't there before, anything leaning in something else, etc. Rotten dog had one hour with Autumn and we had brand new tools to manage his rottenness. Rotten dog spent a week with Autumn in train/board. Rotten dog is less rotten. By a lot. We have more training to do, but Autumn is the first trainer who has gotten through to rotten dog, and we are happy clients.
