FirstBarkJenn was absolutely incredible with our dog Wren! Wren has transformed since starting training 6 weeks ago and we are incredibly grateful. Jenn is a great teacher not only for dogs but owners as well. We received notes/feedback after each session from her which really helped us keep her on track. Do you have a training facility?
Not right now. We do in home visits or meet in the middle for training sessions as we prefer to work outside. We want to train pups to listen better and more consistently outside (outdoors is where it gets difficult for them). Hope this helps!

Jenn was also a huge pleasure to work with; very knowledgable, friendly, and patient. She sent us tons of information which helped us even after our training sessions ended and checked in with us during the weeks, which made us feel so supported throughout this program! Really gonna miss these sessions, and can't recommend Jenn enough!

After rescuing a puppy with a very spicy attitude we weren’t sure what to do. He was all over the place, barking and charging every dog he saw on walks, biting too hard when he was playing, and terrorizing our cats. Then Jenn came to the rescue. As an example, after a single session working with him outside he has been a dream on walks ever since. After the entire 6 weeks of classes he’s been more focused, well behaved, and is even playing with the cats. Jenn was patient working with Kevin, pivoted as needed to make sure not only Kevin was setup for success but also we were too, and gave us the tools to keep him learning well into the future. We are extremely grateful for her help and it’s been so rewarding watching our dog grow through the experience.

My 3-year-old reactive dachshund, Wrigley, and I completed the 5-week Behavior Modification class with Wen, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Not only has Wrigley’s behavior improved, but the class strengthened our bond and helped him learn to trust and listen to me. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is when we’re out at events or around other dogs. Instead of immediately reacting, he now takes the time to observe, stay calm, and listen. Seeing that progress has been amazing. Wen is incredibly patient, hands-on, and supportive. She gave us homework each week so we could keep practicing, and she regularly checked in with us by text to see how things were going. I genuinely looked forward to every class because we could see real improvement each week, and we had so much fun doing it. Thank you, Wen, for helping Wrigley and me so much!
