We cannot say enough GREAT things about Aisha and Backyard Canine! We sent our 10month old Hound mix to her for a 4 week board and train. He came back to us a different dog! His confidence has skyrocketed! He was such a timid pup and now he walks into any environment confident and eager! Things he would have shied away from before, he now approaches with curiosity. He also has learned off leash recall which is invaluable! Prior to training, his hound instincts made it almost impossible for us to get his attention off leash. Now he knows his commands and complies without hesitation! They were in contact with us constantly with pictures, videos and texts. Any questions we had they answered right away! Even after getting him home they have been an amazing support system, ensuring we feel comfortable with everything and can continue to build on the foundation they created with him. We are so grateful to have found trainers that really cared about him and worked with him, at his pace, to create a brave and confident pup! His world can be so much bigger now!!

We hired Courtney to train our 8-month-old Staffordshire, and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was very anxious about boarding him, but she made me feel comfortable by answering all my questions and staying in constant communication with me. He had tummy issues in the beginning, and she took him to the Vet as soon as she could and made sure he was taken care of. She consistently kept us updated and sent pictures and even helped us find new food that was better for his skin and digestive system. Her comfort, care, and knowledge made this experience so worth it. He came back to us trained on an E-Collar and prong collar, and she taught us how to keep his training consistent. We have been keeping in contact about the questions and concerns I have. She made sure to make him use his big brain instead of scaring him to do things right. He is still his goofy self and is now able to understand what we need from him and when we need it. I am so completely grateful for the training she did and to know she will always help us with him. Courtney with backyard canine took our two 1 year old female dogs, Cotton and Daisy, to stay with her for a 4 week board and train. We were dealing with some resource guarding with Cotton, both girls needed obedience training, and we did too. Honestly, the knowledge that she's been able to impart on us and our dogs is nothing short of amazing! Not only is she very good with giving dogs clarity, but she also gives it to the human owners. Courtney has been available to answer any question we have and helps us troubleshoot any issues while making us feel like she really cares about our success with our dogs. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will absolutely use her services again for future dogs!
