Jacob and Alicia do a great job taking care of my girls (which can be a challenge b/c one pup doesn’t like most people and the other is pretty anxious). I trust them to keep my dogs safe and fed and entertained. They have a big fenced in yard so they get plenty of outdoor time. I even got a video of my dogs playing and having a good time which was so comforting because I hate to leave them! They seem to alway have availability and are really flexible with last minute changes if needed which is so helpful. I would recommend.

Injured my dog when trimming nails and did not bring to my attention. My dog started bleeding all over my rugs and furniture when I got home.

It is common that as the dogs nails get longer, the blood supply also grows longer making it more likely to release when the nails are trimmed. To prevent this, more frequently cutting nails forces the blood supply to recied. Only when the nail is kept short can it be trimmed without bleeding.
