At Balanced Beginnings K9, we strive to be as transparent as possible throughout the decision-making process by clearly outlining our pricing, training process, and expectations for each individual dog's program before enrollment. While we are proud of the progress our dogs make during their programs, every dog is an individual, and training is not a one-size-fits-all process. Continued consistency, practice, and owner involvement are important parts of maintaining and building upon the skills learned. We truly enjoyed working with Medusa and were pleased with the progress she made throughout her program. We also include unlimited follow-up lessons and virtual support with every board and train because we believe training is a collaborative process that continues well beyond go-home day. Our commitment is to support both dogs and their owners throughout their training journey, and that support remains available. We would be happy to continue working with you and Medusa to bridge the gap between the progress we observed during her program and the results you have experienced at home.
