We were having difficulties with our two pups on walks and dog reactivity. They had no sense of proper leash walking and would go crazy to some people and all dogs. Because of work we had to move to Los Angeles and decided to look for a trainer before doing so. With this in mind we opted for their stay and train. We did our consultation with Renee and she really took her time to explain their philosophy and approach and setting expectations. With that in mind we felt super comfortable leaving our babies in her hands. She not only delivered on the expectations, but after training and during hand off to us she really took the time to explain to us how we should be working with them moving forward to keep improving on the strong foundation she set with them. Renee did an AMAZING job we’re very thankful to have found her and worked with her. I referred my parents to her and I’d highly recommend anybody else to work with Bandana dog training because you’ll find them to be incredibly helpful and effective.

But after several days of training with Joe Cisneros, Bear was like a completely different dog. I was amazed! I highly recommend Bandanna Dog for training your pups. They work wonders and Joe is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain to you how to interact with your dog in order to create a great relationship with your dog.

Joe has tremendously taught us a lot in bringing up and training our Boston Terrier, Spunky, he is a work in progress and with Joe’s help he’s turning out to be a great dog and companion, I highly recommend Joe, owner of Bandana Dog Training for all of your dog’s training needs!

Renee has been Abby’s trainer and she has also worked with Chaps. Both of my pups have a great temperament and are always willing to learn. Renee established the training basics and reinforces them each time I take them to her to board. Renee has a great reputation and loves all dogs. I highly recommend that you allow Renee to train and board your pup.

I took my corgi here for 1 on 1 training. After several sessions, my dog’s behavior is much improved and we focused specifically on the goals that I wanted to achieve. I’ve taken my dog to other trainers in the past, and never achieved the same results as with Bandana. Joe’s approach to dog training is to train the owner and to assign homework in between sessions. His methods are catered to the dog’s needs and are truly effective. I’ll be continuing training with Joe, because he’s helping me become more advanced in the hobby of dog training.
