How often should I get my dog groomed?
Every dog and pet parents goals are different but typically every 4-8 weeks. One of our experienced groomers can help you determine how frequently you should bring you pup in!

Do you accept unaltered dogs?
We do accept unalterd dogs. All dogs must be evaluated prior to acceptance to daycare or boarding to ensure they will have a good time with us. We do not accept dogs in heat or about to go into heat.

What happens if there’s an emergency with my dog?
Your dog's safety is our top priority. We will contact you immediately and, if necessary, transport them to a veterinarian.

Yes! We’d love to show you around. Just contact us to schedule a tour. We do accept walk-ins also. We do not do tours during quiet time, typically 1230-130pm.

Do you have breed or age restrictions for enrichment daycare?
No, all breeds and ages are welcome! Our enrichment structure ensures that even young puppies, senior dogs, and working breeds receive activities suited to their needs. Though all dogs need to be vaccinated, puppies should have at least their first 2 rounds of vaccinations

Bandit’s has been an incredible resource and partner with our new puppy. Our little girl was hyper at home and timid with anyone outside of the family; we started training her on our own and quickly realized we needed some expert advice. Working with Enoch, we determined the best course for our pup was boarded training with weekly sessions—their program did not disappoint! The team at Bandit’s made our girl feel so loved and comfortable, and she immediately made great strides in her training. We had so much support to help us be prepared to take over her training, and the transition has been so great! Now she is confident around people at home and in public, knows how to settle when it’s not playtime, and keeps making progress in all areas every day! We can’t thank Enoch and his team enough for all they’ve done for our pup! If anyone wants to improve their relationship with their dog through training, we highly recommend Bandit’s!

If you want people who will respect and care for your dogs, this is the place. They are so mindful of going at your dog's pace and also teach you how to do that (and why it's important!). It has been an amazing experience to be able to get individual feedback on specific challenges. We have used both their board and train as well as their group classes, and they are phenomenal. It's helped us to understand more about our dogs, how they think, and how to best support them. We have had some really great chats with Enoch (owner/trainer), Emily (groomer), and Jessie (trainer) about the research they do and their fun ideas on how to make things even better, more fun, and more rewarding. It's so easy to see the passion behind every interaction. Honestly, the best review would come from our two boys. They absolutely love them. The staff all know the boys by name and seem so genuinely excited to see our baby dogs. We are so grateful to have Bandit's around so we can have peace of mind knowing our boys are just as loved when we have to travel and train as they would be at home with us. Thank you!

Every time we brought our pups here, they were treated like family. Our dogs absolutely loved staying here, and it was always comforting to know they were in such good hands. What truly blew us away was their kindness when they learned we were moving. They surprised us with a going-away basket for our dogs that was filled with treats, toys, blankets, laminated photos, and even a handwritten message from every single staff member. The notes were so heartfelt and showed how well they truly knew and cared for our dogs. We can’t thank Bandits Stay and Play enough for the love and care they’ve given our fur babies. If you’re looking for a place where your dogs will be treated like royalty, this is it. They go above and beyond in every way! Highly recommend!
