Barb is great! Is she tough, yes! She knows what she is doing and helps you understand how to train yourself so you can better train your dog. I am forever grateful for the relationship she was able to help cultivate with my dog Jerry. He started with basic obedience and eventually became a therapy dog. We also loved her agility classes! Reading some of the reviews it seems like some people had conflicts but you just need to know that Barb is tough but effective. Do your homework!
Rude,disrespectful, walked out after just starting the 3rd class, when we arrived and entered the building our 6 month old lab was attacked by her own dog and she acted as if it was our fault, then the abuse started I was so upset that I told her we were not going back and she was quick to say she doesn’t offer refunds this woman has no people skills I would never recommend her for training 👎👎👎

All the bad reviews are warranted. She is abusive to both dog and you. I went with an open mind knowing she had bad reviews. All bad reviews warranted. Please stay away. Do not pay her up front. Know that she takes your money then abuses you then says your money is non refundable. Abusive and a con artist. Very dishonest business.
Didn't even get past the intake call; she was insulting, berating, and insufferable. She bragged that she had one dog that exhibited mild aggression one time and she immediately put it down without considering medication or alternate arrangements.
