Bark and Bone Pet Services

My daughter and I had a need, desperate need to get a service dog, for seizure response. I went down a rabbit whole doing reaearch through Doctors, Vets, Seizure groups, non-profit organizations, Facebook, etc., and more places getting conflicting and even incorrect information. My mom who had her dog trained by owners Isaiah and Katlin did a wonderful job with her dog and I asked my mother to make a desperate plea to Bark and Bone pet services to assist us. Isaiah decided to take a consultative call with my daughter and I and he took us on as clients. I put my full faith in Isaiah and allowed him to pick the dog that was right for my daughter, regardless of breed, we did not even meet the dog until Isaiah felt the dog was ready. I think training took 5 to 6 months before we met Noodle, an AussieDoodle chosen for my daughter (we did get videos of training a few times a week). It’s like if you ordered a custom car, I told the manufacturer what I need, and that is exactly what happened. They provided us with a SD custom tailored to my daughters needs. Isaiah and Katlin were always transparent, incredibly responsive, set expectations appropriately, and I now feel they are part of the family. Their follow-up and continued training is stellar in coming to us sometimes and sometimes we go to them. The contracting, transferring of vet records, and high standards for me as a good owner made me feel secure in that not only did I choose them, they vetted and chose me. So I know they wanted to make sure I was a good fit for the health and well being of the Service dog. Best experience in a hard process in a very challenging time in our lives. 1000% recommend Bark and Bone for any services they offer.
