This means our dogs follow a carefully designed routine that includes both social play and important downtime throughout the day. These rest periods help prevent overstimulation, promote calm behavior, and ensure a safer and more enriching environment for all dogs—especially for puppies who are still learning social skills. To keep owners informed, we send out daily report cards that include details about your dog’s activities, temperament, playgroup, and even who their friends were that day. While we don’t offer live webcams, we’ve found that these personalized updates provide meaningful insight into your dog’s day. In regard to tipping, our staff never ask for or expect tips. However, our credit card system does provide an optional tip screen during checkout for those who would like to show appreciation. We truly care about every dog in our care and appreciate your feedback.
