Susan was immediately welcomed in our by our 2 puppies Olle and Bella! My husband and I were impressed with Susan and ourselves learning new skills and language so we can be the best Dog parents for Ollie and Bella. Thank you Barkbusters JJ and Donna Johns
Trainer was very nice but totally ineffective. Reason for paying $2000 was to train our poodle from being lease aggressive, out of control, pulled wife down trying to go after other dogs while walking. 4 or 5 visits, no results. A total waste of our money.

I had called about certain training needs and was told by the assistant that they could be met. However the day of the session was when I finally got to speak to the actual trainer, And i was told that this was not the case. I asked if it would be okay to continue to think about whether I was okay with paying such a high price for only half of what I wanted to work on with my dog and they still charged me a cancellation fee. I wouldn’t have minded the cancellation fee at all if everything had been made clear before the 48 hour cancellation period instead of them making clear the type of training they could do the day of. I also felt very attacked when I received a phone call to clarify the situation after Susan (the trainer) herself said they would most likely not charge me the fee and the man was nice but very aggressive towards me and even went so far as to mention they would normally wave the cancellation fee for anyone else but in this case I needed to pay up. Overall the trainer herself was very nice but the assistants need to be clarified on what can be done with training before marketing to future customers or there should be a way to just speak with the trainer directly without the assistants ever being involved. I had planned on rescheduling an appointment to start the training sessions and pay the $1000 until I was attacked for a 50$ cancellation fee that should have been waved due to huge misunderstanding and unclear communication. Update: it has been quite a while since I had contacted this company and dealt with the whole situation but I felt the need to update and comment after I left this review due to the way i was treated after writing it and am still shocked to this day, I received a couple more calls and texts asking to take down the review and further acting hostile towards me. I had really hoped the best for this company and thought they could still do some great for other pet owners in their situations, but after receiving further attempted contact from them, it was clear they did not care about my experience or my pet and it was very concerning. I hope since then, they have either changed their outlook on how they treat customers/clients or they have come under new management/hired new employees.
We saw huge improvements in our puppies behavior after a single appointment. We love that the training approaches are simple and easy for us to practice independently. Outside of sessions she is very quick to respond to any questions we have over text. Very happy with the investment knowing of behaviors change at any time we will always have access to Susan.
