Bark Busters Home Dog Training - Greenville SC

We love the fact that Larry comes to our home to train our yellow lab baby. We thought she was part velociraptor at first, because she loved using me as a chew toy, acting possessed while walking on a leash, and losing her mind when seeing other dogs. After one lesson, we saw improvement from her, the chewing has all but stopped, her leash manners are getting better, and we’re learning how to respond to when she sees other dogs. While she’s still not the best behaved doggy on the block, we have made great strides and continue the training. Our hope is that we’ll be able to walk her in the neighborhood and that she’ll be a well behaved young lady when she meets other dogs. Larry’s suggestions and training methods have been invaluable. Larry with Bark Busters was fantastic. From the first session I already noticed improvements in Gus's behavior. With him not rushing out doors or jumping on people as they entered the house. Over the next few months we worked on leash control and his reactivity with other dogs. Finishing up our last 2 sessions at Lowes where Gus did so good. Took him to the vet today where normally I wait outside as lots of other dogs in the waiting room tend to get him over stimulated. We sat in the waiting room with 2 other small dogs. He didnt bark or react and just laid down at my feet. Can't say enough about how far he has come in just 5 months

Larry, was professional right from the start. His calm mannerisms made my dog (2.5 yo Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix) and I feel at ease. Larry is very in tune with behaviors/“body language” of your dog. If he feels they are uncomfortable or nervous, he will stop and make sure you give your pup positive attention to reinforce they are doing a good job. Larry will make sure you understand the exercises and gives his undivided attention to you and your dog. He has a goal for you and your dog, but keeps sessions light and fun! Training still in progress, but I have learned invaluable tools to better communicate with my dog and have already seen improvements. I have enjoyed creating a new found mutual appreciation with my dog facilitated with love and kindness by Larry!
