Bark Busters - Mike The Dog Trainer

Greta: After losing our dog Daisy to old age (see below), we recently adopted a rescue dog (2/2026) and Mike's been helping us make sure she's the best family member she can be. Bark Busters always knows how to set us on the right course. Outstanding! Daisy: Mike’s expertise paid off. Our 12 year old dog with separation anxiety is now able to stay at home and not bark howl or cry. Hard work paid off because we were guided by Mike’s knowledge of canine behavior. Highly recommended.

We had this service come to our house to work with our boxer puppy. As soon as Mike walked in our puppy immediately changed his tune. The puppy obeyed and treated the trainer more like a mother and seemed very nurtured by the trainer. They gave us the tools to help train our puppy. Recommendations for healthy food options for our puppy (not dry kibble). And put us onto the path for success with training a young puppy while also having two very young toddlers part of the mix. Can’t recommend this service enough. If you have a puppy and young children, this service i will make a difference in your dog and your life.

Cassidy was amazing! She came over to help train my dog and instantly put both of us at ease. She was very knowledgeable and clearly understands dogs on a deep level. She explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. I saw improvement right away, and I feel so much more confident continuing the training on my own. On top of that, she was friendly and genuinely cared about my dog’s progress. Thank you Cassidy!!

Mike has changed our lives with our rescue pittbull Nina. His methods have led to us being able to peacefully coexist and more fully bond with our dog. Not only that, but we have been able to work on her dog reactivity that stemmed from 3 years in the shelter and a life of instability. We have been able to incorporate the training easily into our busy lifestyle (it's so easy anyone can do it!) and the best part is it lets us communicate with our dog without having to hurt her with prong or electric collars. We really can't say enough how life changing this training is, and now I feel that I can breathe again and not have to worry about our safety during walks. Thank you, Mike!!!
