Mike is the real deal. Before even stepping inside, he guided us over the phone with a few simple steps to prepare the dogs. One of them is 16 and has never stayed calm around strangers—but this time, he was totally relaxed. Our other dog usually barks non-stop when the door opens and jumps all over us, but Mike’s calm, structured approach had him relaxed and in control. Within minutes of him entering, both dogs were behaving respectfully and responding in a way we’ve never seen before. If you’re struggling with tough behaviors, Mike is 100% the person to call.

Amazing. They helped us with our Great Pyrenees. He had some aggression issues with certain people and they were able to teach us how to correct his behavior. I am amazed how well it works. We were also able to stop both of our dogs from barking when someone came to the door knocking or just opening the door and yelling “hello”. I am so impressed with their training. I honestly didn’t think anything would help our boy. I am forever grateful

Would give six stars if I could. I can’t say enough good things about Mike and his level of service, care, and patience towards his clients. After adopting a 4-month old rescue lab mix with a timid personality, we sought out training options in the area to help our boy get comfortable in his new home while, at the same time, ensuring boundaries were set. We explored a few different local options until it became abundantly clear that Mike was THE guy for OUR guy! Mike made sure that all of our questions were answered and explained Nutmeg’s behavior with an incredible amount of accurate detail. In just a few short weeks, Nutmeg’s progress has been evident to all of those that know and love him. He’s opened up, respects our boundaries, and walks next to us confidently and calmly. Can’t thank Mike and Cassidy enough for all of their help with our boy!

If you were to tell me we would have results after 1 session, I wouldn’t have believed it. The technique Cassidy taught us was so effective that the dogs responded literally immediately. The incessant barking has stopped, and both I and the dogs are now in control. The house is a more peaceful place. The dogs have a greater sense of calm and rest more peacefully throughout the day now instead of being on high alert. My husband came home from a work trip and couldn’t believe the change that occurred while he was gone. He said, “We should have done this years ago”. Our most scared cat has now started coming into the room with the dogs because they don’t bark all day long anymore. Cassidy’s approach is one of healthy boundary setting, and letting the dogs know that they are protected and safe so they don’t need to be so reactive.
