Bark Tutor School for Dogs is Indianapolis's original day training program, built specifically for puppies and adolescent dogs up to six months of age. Our credentialed trainers work with your dog during the day, then bring you into the process at pickup so the learning carries home with you.
Our curriculum focuses on foundation obedience and essential life skills, with intentional socialization opportunities throughout. We believe the early months are the most important window in a dog's development, and we take that seriously. Programs include Day Training and Private Lessons. Graduates of Bark Tutor are also welcome to join our daycare program.

how much, do y'all charge for each dog to go train there?
I paid $100 for a four-session intro class. Each class is about one hour long. Class itself, only ok. Instructors are great resources though!

Our dog Tug was always so incredibly excited to come every morning and you could really tell all the staff really cared about each dog that came through. Kayla was incredible and left us feeling very prepared to continue the training at home. She tailored training to our goals, and even beyond our expectations. We were very impressed with his manners, even just in the first few days. The report cards and photos were also amazing! We loved seeing the daily updates, we look forward to bringing Tug back for the occasional daycare! Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at Bark Tutor! Madison did a great job training my mini schnauzer, Harry. The one-on-one training lessons really helped us transition what he learned to home applications, and I looked forward to seeing his report card with pictures of him and his new friends each day! Madison and Kayla are very approachable, non-judgemental and knowledgeable. 10/10 would send my next puppy to Bark Tutor!

We are so happy we chose Bark Tutor’s puppy preschool for our puppy, Rosie! It was so clear that her trainers Madison and Kayla truly cared for our little girl and customized her training to fit her skill level and our priorities. Not only did Rosie learn new skills, we learned how to keep it up at home through lessons and resources. The daily report cards were our favorite and such bright spot in our workday to see pictures of Rosie smiling with her friends! Every time we pull up to the facility, Rosie’s tail starts wagging! Our boys learned so much, most important of all to listen better, but they also couldn’t wait to go back the next day. They clearly had a blast at school! We are very grateful to Kayla, who trained us and oversaw the whole operation, as well as to Reagan and Madison. They all took great care with the pups, and the dogs loved them for it. Highly recommend Bark Tutor!
