BB Training Ranch

I had an amazing experience with BB Training Ranch! I brought my dog in for training and the difference has been incredible. Not only is my dog much more obedient and easier to handle, but I also have a better understanding of how to communicate with him and continue the training at home. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and has a great ability to read dogs and understand what each individual dog needs. You can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he works with and takes pride in what he does. He was patient, thorough, and made sure I understood the training instead of just handing me back a trained dog. I would absolutely recommend BB Training Ranch to anyone looking for quality, knowledgeable dog training. The results speak for themselves, and I couldn’t be happier with my dog’s progress!

We love BB Training Ranch! We have a rescue that can’t be left with just anyone when it comes to boarding and it truly eases my mind knowing when she’s there, she’s in good hands. Mark and his team are very knowledgeable in how to handle each and every dog, along with easing our mind and educating us when we have something new to work on and or a new obstacle to navigate with our girl. We did a 4 week board and train program aswell that was extremely helpful in helping us to understand our pup on a level that we never knew how to. We are extremely grateful and could not have done it without Mark.

If you've got a reactive dog, do yourself a favor and go see Mark at BB Training Ranch. Our Doberman Spartacus is 2, and he used to react to everything — other dogs, strangers, anybody he decided he had to protect us from. Day one we almost got back in the truck and left. He was going off at his classmates from a good 200 yards away and we were mortified. We stayed, and we're so glad we did. Mark met him right where he was and built from there. By the 3rd class we were walking Spartacus around other dogs. By the 5th, Mark was throwing smoke bombs and banging around making noise while Spartacus just held his Place and stayed calm through all of it. We couldn't believe it was the same dog. The place command has been the biggest thing for us — when he's on place he actually relaxes and watches instead of reacting. We even took him to Lowe's and he sat there totally chill while people and dogs walked right past. What we appreciate most is that Mark taught us, not just the dog. He showed us some simple tricks and pointed out how we'd been confusing Spartacus without even realizing it. We know the training doesn't stop here — it's on us to keep working with him the way Mark showed us, and we will. We finished the 6 group classes and we're on private lessons now. Can't recommend Mark and BB Training Ranch enough.

One of the best dog trainers and boarding places around! I had such a great experience and felt completely comfortable leaving my puppy in Mark’s care. Mark is excellent at communicating and kept me updated throughout his stay, even sending me pictures of my puppy, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was happy, safe, and being well taken care of. You can tell Mark genuinely cares about the dogs he works with and takes the time to make sure they’re comfortable while they’re there. The location is easy to find, the entire process was simple, and their pricing is very affordable, especially for the level of care and attention they provide. Finding someone you trust with your dog can be stressful, especially when they’re still a puppy, but I had a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely be using Mark again for boarding and training in the future. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, communicative, and reasonably priced to care for your dog, I highly recommend them!
