However, this is my only means of communicating, in writing, as I was not provided an email address and your cell phone doesn’t seem to receive texts from mine. Your opinion concerning fashion trends is 100% your prerogative. However, I can assure that my choice of attire, on a given day, does not inhibit my ability to train dogs. To address the remaining points, I took the liberty of gathering material, in the folder link below that can be copied and pasted into search engines, for referencing. The "paperwork" I charge, $20 per hour, for is an Intake and Assessment Form (a copy is included in the folder) and, as I stated when the Consultation was scheduled (for 7/5/22), it is to gather background information, previous training, problem behaviors, training goals, how to achieve those goals, as well as the opportunity for me to feel out the dog's temperament and personality so I know which techniques/methods will be most successful. Considering I invested 1 hour for the initial Consultation, 1.5 hours travel time, and the time I spent putting together homework, $33.75 (averages less than minimum wage) is not an unreasonable amount.<br><br>At the time of the Consultation you signed a Doggie Day School program (outlined on website) contract agreeing to 2 days per week (1 hour each day), starting 7/11/22 at 12:00pm, for $150 weekly. On 7/11/22, I arrived at your address at 11:55am (screenshot from Google showing this is in the folder), rang your doorbell within a couple of minutes and stayed until 1:24pm. As for the payment issues: copies of invoices and messages are included in the folder. I sent an invoice for $33.75 on 7/5/22 that you viewed the same day and remained unpaid as of 7/11/22, the time of the first training session, at which time you assured me that it would be paid “by the next time you check your account” and informed me that you would only pay for training at the end of the week. The next session was then scheduled for 7/15/22 at 1:00. On 7/12/22, I canceled the original invoice ($33.75) and created a new invoice to include the training session on 7/11/22 for the amount of $114.40 ($33.75 for services rendered on 7/5/22 and $62.50 for services rendered on 7/11/22); you viewed that on 7/13/22. On 7/14/22 I sent a message stating the appointment scheduled for 7/15/22 would be canceled due to an unpaid balance, and could be rescheduled once payment was received. The amount of $114.40 was paid on 7/15/22 at 2:18pm and you have not contacted me to resume training.
