Our records also show that throughout your program our team spent significant time working with you to address the concerns you raised during lessons. The notes reflect ongoing coaching and guidance provided to help you continue progressing at home. In some cases, the notes also indicate that the recommendations given during lessons were not always being followed consistently between sessions, which can impact the results of any training program. We also want to clarify a couple logistical details mentioned in your review. The trainer assigned to your program was located approximately 35 minutes from your home, and our group classes were about 40 minutes away. While we always try to match clients with the closest trainer available, this distance is typical for many of the areas we serve.
