Behavior Plus Dog Training

I would not recommend this dog training service based on my experience. I paid for a package that included 10 private in-home training sessions. After completing only 3 home sessions, it became clear that the service was not what I expected or what I believe was represented. The sessions did not feel structured or proactive. Instead of coming with a clear training plan, the trainer often seemed to rely on me to identify what we should work on. Another important issue is that all of my communication with the business was via text. When they shared their pricing and I agreed to purchase the package, they did not share any written terms, refund policy, or mention that the package was non-refundable. When I later asked for a fair refund for the unused portion of the package, the situation became unnecessarily difficult. I ended up having to go through my credit card dispute process multiple times. In my view, the business’s responses to the dispute materially misrepresented the situation and did not reflect my actual experience. My issue is not simply that the training style was not a fit. My issue is that I paid upfront for 10 sessions, used only 3, was never told upfront that the package was non-refundable, did not receive the structured service I expected, and then had a very poor experience trying to resolve the matter fairly.

Excellent!!! We had the pleasure to meet Kim and she was so kind and gentle to our little old man (14 year old Terrier). She explained every single detail to us. We never had him trained and were hesitant to do so...it was easy and with the proper trainer you can actually change or modify some behaviors (sometimes triggered from us the parents *shocking!). We highly recommend Kim if you are in need of a dog whisper!!!
