Bait and switch timeshare environment. They advertised an initial consultation package including a 1 hour evaluation ($250 value), a personalized behavior plan ($50 value), an Ebook ($20 value) & a online course ($500 value). We received NONE of that. To too it all off we never even met Shane. Our "$820 valued" consultation was done by a man that seemed afraid of our dog and the only interraction between him and her was to toss her a couple treats from 10' away. He walked me around the garage they were based out of (in a HEAVILY congested commercial, mainly automobile garages) area and tying a lead around a metal desk that he sat at most of the time for demonstrating how to correct and reward. After the unrewarding :45 speel the "vacatiin timeshare" sales pitch began where he tried to cinvince us to comit to a 10 lesson course for $2,000 - $2,500. Their private "2 week boot camp" was $10,000. To put that in perspective, the lady that does all the 4H dog training and all the rehabilitation training for "unadoptable" Dogs at the local shelter and her 2 week "boot camp" training is $1,000. We drove almost 2 hours based on the advertisements and fully expected for the kind of money they were asking for training that Shane McNamara would be doing the training, not the guy that has been working for him for less than a year. Complete and utter waste of time and bait and switch tactics. Thet didn't even provide 3 of the 4 advertised products.

I brought my puppy golden retriever to Bellum K9 Elite with Ryan starting at about 10 weeks old as we were having trouble with crate training and wanted to work on other obdience commands. In the first session, Ryan showed me a management plan of play, crate and place and also gave me the tip of always keeping the puppy on a leash. After this session, our puppy only had 2 accidents all week and was way calmer!!! We were still having crate training issues so in the second session Ryan helped adjust the plan and within one day, our puppy is already doing 100 x better!! Can’t wait to see how our puppy does by the end of our sessions!!
