Worst experience. A year ago I signed up with the Jones road location. I told them I couldn't do the training on weekdays and he said no problem we work weekends. Then I pay the nonrefundable $1500 and after one session all of a sudden he doesn't work weekends. Now they don't answer my phone calls or emails. It's a shame that a veteran would steal from people like this.

I guess 3 emails and numerous phone calls, none of which were responded to, are considered not reaching out.
