Andrew has demonstrated his love for not only training and getting our dog ready for hunting season, but has also taken our dog in like our dog would be his own. His patience and dedication with our dog was very consistent. He kept us updated about our dog's progress as well. When I picked our dog up he even gave me a couple of pointers in keeping him trained. Our dog was six months when he joined Old Son Retriever Academy and we are very pleased! We highly recommend this academy!

Bottom line, Andrew exceeded our expectations! Our chocolate lab, Pezz, has an unbelievable strong drive on water and on land. She’s a retrieving beast, and operated like a well oiled machine on the first hunt back from basic training. Furthermore, Andrew treated Pezz like his own and gave her confidence; she totally respects him and lights up when he walks through the door! Her indoor manners are spot on as well. She even listens to commands from our 5 and 7 year old! Our next labs are only going to Old Son Retrieving Academy... 🤩

OSRA is not only a top notch place to have your dog trained, but is also ran very well by Andrew. I sent my dog, Tank at 6 months and was quite nervous due to him having anxiety. Andrew not only trained Tank to perform at his highest level, but also cared for Tank as if he was his own dog. Andrew kept updated on Tank and how he was doing as far as training and if his anxiety was becoming less of a problem. Andrew not only uses good techniques to train dogs, but yet cares and loves them with all he can. OSRA is by far the best academy in my opinion. I just want to assure you all that he may be young, but I promise you your dog will have all the skills necessary for hunting!
