I was told Erin was the best in this area and the rumors are true! 🙂 Definitely worth 1 on 1 time; especially where my Theo is easily distracted. Theo is very treat-driven so teaching new behaviors has been pretty smooth. What Erin taught me was how to think like my dog... and of course the things I should and shouldn't do. Turns out many of my reactions were simply encouraging the behaviors I was trying to stop. I reached out to Erin at a time when I was seriously thinking I couldn't manage my 100 pound polar bear. Now, we are getting better together. Erin has given me the skills and insights that will only make us better over time... as long as I stick with it.

I cannot say enough good things about Erin! When searching for a trainer like I was, finding someone that really understands the dog is very important and Erin is all of that. I went to Erin with my extra medium puppy Tonka who is way too big and way too energetic for his own good. Tonka is a 14 month Saint Bernard that is currently over 150 pounds for those wondering the vet says he will be around 200 full grown. After his time with Erin he has become quite the gentleman. Thank you so much Erin for taming this monster!!
Erin was great to work with! She catered her style to the goals we set for our pup. He loved her and we both learned a lot! Highly recommend.
I saw Erin for 1-on-1 training with my 5 month old Golden Retriever, Nessie. Her common sense, positive reinforcement training methods have been a fantastic help in instilling great behaviors in Nessie. Walks are so much more enjoyable and Nessie absolutely loves her sessions! I highly recommend Erin and Bessey's Positive Paws!
