Mara and Whitney have both been amazing for our 9-10 month old shepherd/pit/husky/lab/bloodhound mix Vivian. We’ve had both the 2-week board and train and day visits with them. I love how much more calm, responsive, and engaged with us she is. And I appreciate them teaching us exactly what to be doing to reinforce what she’s learned. Vivian still continues to improve and impress us. Would 100% recommend them.

Both of our dachshund dogs went to stay with Whitney for 2 weeks of training. She taught them the basic commands that they needed to learn to be well behaved. I didn’t know how or even what to teach them. Now I have daily training sessions with them to reinforce what they learned. My 14 week Doberman puppy worked with Corey for two weeks with their 2 week board and train program. We absolutely love this academy! I was able to express my desires in her training and was given daily updates and photos which was amazing! After just two weeks of training with Corey she is able to walk beautifully on a leash, recall is so much better, place, crate, stay, come, along with many other cues. She was also exposed to socialization with Corey’s personal dog and worked amazing with his dog. We look forward to working more with Corey and feel his support and encouragement even after our season has ended. Highly recommend Best Dog Academy!
