I don’t know how you even worked with dogs for 15 years if you don’t have the respectful and professional personality towards peoples opinions that you just randomly cut a person off and hang up the phone because a customer has their opinion and didn’t keep agreeing with what is being said. an She doesn't stay the whole hr. That’s part of the process you hear the customer and then you offer them how you can help .

Carrie knows her stuff and that’s a definite! She goes above and beyond to share her knowledge and is super duper patient with questions, and especially patient with the pups. As much as I didn’t think we would, we really really love the Zoom (virtual) sessions. Being able to train our pup in the comfort of our home for house manners is EVERYTHING! She is super understanding and flexible with scheduling and we have greatly appreciated that as well. Carrie loves the pups and that is OBVIOUS! And her passion to get our Karma a particular type of training and officially certified being she is a pitbull means so much to us. Carrie shows soooo much love to our Karma and we love that. Thank you Carrie! 100% recommended!

I don’t know how you even worked with dogs for 15 years if you don’t have the respectful and professional personality towards peoples opinions that you just randomly cut a person off and hang up the phone because a customer has their opinion and didn’t keep agreeing with what you were saying . That’s part of the process you hear the customer and then you offer them how you can help .
Oh well not my problem , you lost a customer . I found a more respectful and a professional person who is willing to help at A Wolfs Way.
