I can’t say enough good things about Best Life K9 Training. My husband and I were having trouble properly training our 9 month old adopted Shepherd/lab mix, Raven. She had a tendency to run towards people as they were walking past our house (with and without pets) while growling and having her hackles up. As well as growling and having her hackles up when guests entered our home. We were unsure of how to correct these actions. We have tried different methods at home and nothing seemed to be working. I took her to see Annie. When we saw Annie, she showed me steps on how to improve Raven’s confidence as well as our confidence in Raven. It has been a few weeks since our training session. Raven has improved tremendously. We are able to let her outside while people are walking by (with and without their pets) with minimal (still practicing) running towards, growling, or having hackles up. As well as having guests in our house with minimal (still practicing) growling and having hackles up. My husband and I feel a closer bond with our puppy, Raven. We are very pleased with the progress Raven has shown and the confidence Raven has in us. We can’t thank you enough! Annie was fantastic and very personable.

If there were an option for 10 stars, I would give Annie 10 of them! First of all, she came highly recommended, and from the first contact and reply, I was impressed with how personable she was and professional. We have an almost 2 year old St. Berdoodle that didn't realize how big he was and that he was not the head of the household (no matter what his "Dad" told him). Tripper had learned basic obedience commands like sit and lay down, was very good on leash when walking, and just a friendly dog overall, but there were behaviors that weren't addressed at the class like zoomies and lunging at people, being away from my side, leaving things that we didn't want him into, incessant barking at pedestrians when riding in the car, at anyone wearing a mask, and anyone who came up the drive or near the door. Our sessions with Annie addressed those issues. She instantly had awesome rapport with Tripper, and he responded well to her instruction. It's not fair to expect your dog to be completely trained in an hour here and and hour there with her. As the dog owner, her instruction to me was equally important in helping me to guarantee my dog's success. She listened to my concerns and questions, and addressed and answered them. I appreciated the "teamwork" mentality of the training sessions, and it gave me confidence to continue what we worked on together. The behaviors that were previously troubling have been greatly lessened or are no longer an issue after our 3 sessions, and as we continue to use the techniques and tools of the training, I'm certain that Tripper's success will be long-lasting. It's evident that Annie loves her 4-legged "students" and what she does!

Best Life K9 Training is THE place to go for dog training. In just one session, Annie was able to pinpoint a direction with our boxer and helped with properly introducing him to our daughter’s boxer. Thank you for setting us on the right path!

We appreciated the knowledge with all the distractions of our kids being there. Very professional and informative. We left feeling very comfortable and confident to take care of our homework assignments. Worth every penny.

Annie is a godsend when it comes to training dogs, more specifically puppies!! We got our lab puppy when I was about 4 months pregnant thinking we would have enough time to train her before the baby made his/her arrival. After about a month or so, we discovered our pup was testing our patience more than we could have imagined... Annie moved in down the road from us about a year prior and I had heard from other neighbors that she was worth checking into. I’m so mad I didn’t reach out to her right when we started struggling!! Our lab pup, Scout, went to the three week board and train and came back a completely new dog! Unfortunately after a month, Scout started to regress in her crate training and Annie took her back home and gave her a “refresher” course. Scout came back UNBELIEVABLY well-behaved, somehow the refresher really hit her differently and made an even bigger impact. I will recommend Annie to anyone and everyone!!! So thankful she moved to the area!
