Best Paws Forward Dog Training Academy

We have a German Shepard and we were nervous at first that he wasn't going to do well because we waited a little longer to get him through training. We didn't put him through the first "puppy" training they offer but I high suggest that while having your dog go through the classes. Even though our dog is stubborn, hates to actually listen when learning new commands, and literally made us want to rip our hair out Marty was understanding every step of the way. The way he interacts with every dog is amazing, as if they are his own. Our dog loves him so much even though he grew out of the excited pee stage he will still do that when he sees him from time to time. Marty is encouraging and helpful and will never make you feel bad about anything with your pet. And to be honest the prices for what you actually get out of the class are extremely reasonable in my honest opinion. Compared to what other people have paid for different trainers I am content 100% and feel like our dog and others behave better as well as have a better bond with their owners coming through his training's.

I signed up for a dog training class in October that was to start December 5th. The beginning of November I received an email stating that they had to postpone the class until Jan 5th due to some scheduling errors. I replied immediately to the email and said that would be fine and I would like that date. I received an email TODAY, the day before class is supposed to start stating that they need to know if I was still interested. I replied that yes I was and I sent a screenshot of the previous emails. I just received an email at 8:30 PM stating that they could not have me in the 11:30 but 9am was ok. So I RSVP'D for an 11:30 am class that is an hour away 3 months ago and they change it 24 hours beforehand??!! I have kids in sports and my time is very planned out. If I knew this was how the operation was ran, I would have picked a different place 3 months ago.
