Wendy, <br>We take the care, training, and well-being of each and every dog in our program extremely seriously, and we are genuinely sorry that you feel this way about your experience.<br><br>We understand how stressful and emotional a competitive dog's career can be. However, success- particularly at the Master National level- is influenced by many variables, and it would be inaccurate and unfair to attribute a lack of performance to a single factor. Sometimes, failure is just difficult to accept and understand. <br><br>I can assure you that at no time was Sophie's care or training treated casually or without attention. In fact, in the last four years, we have enjoyed many successes- including two Master National passes!<br><br>We are disappointed that, after so many years of trust and dedication, this concern was not resolved privately- as we would have welcomed a direct and constructive conversation. Thanks for the wonderful review Alicia! So happy that you were able to get a dog through our Best Chance program with the Bastrop County Shelter. Hopefully more people can learn about this program and be able to save a dog from the shelter and bring into their home a well-trained dog like you did. While we enjoy training hunting dogs and competing with them in various events, it's programs like Best Chance that bring a smile to our faces too!

I did some checking and your name did not come up in our system as a previous client nor have any of my staff or trainers ever met you. Apparently you've never been to our facility and aren't fully qualified to make a review based on "From what you've seen". I'd love to help you with that and if you'd like to come by for a real visit, I'd be happy to show you around our facility and let you see all of the dogs so you can be capable of giving a more accurate review. Please call the office at 512-409-8222 and set up an appointment as soon as you can. I'll personally take you on a tour. You can stay as long as you want and watch them getting cared for and trained if you like. <br>We take pride in the care and attention each and every dog receives down to the smallest of details. We meet weekly with the staff and trainers to make sure we continue to maintain a high standard. With more than 20 years in the business and a staff of 12+ employees, we have ample experience and qualified personnel that genuinely care for the dogs and constantly strive to make sure all of their needs are met. <br>Our owners are kept up to date weekly on the care and training their dog is receiving. They are sent photos and videos and encouraged to visit so we can review the training with them. <br>We have hundreds of happy clients with well trained dogs that can vouch for the care and devotion we give all of the dogs in our care.
