As soon as we got our puppy I searched for an experienced dog trainer that could come to our house and give us a solid foundation for training our puppy. We have 4 kids so it was really important to me that the puppy could live happily with kids running around all the time. Beth did such a fantastic job coming into our home, giving us tips for our puppy’s specific temperament, training us how to teach the dog all of the basic commands, and troubleshooting any problems that we were facing during puppy life. I always looked forward to her visits, and always left our sessions feeling like we had a solid plan. We’ve just gotten through our first 4 sessions with Beth but I’m already looking for excuses to bring her back so that we can learn more! She’s fantastic- easy to talk to, easy to work with, and great at what she does.
Beth has worked with our dog since he was a puppy. Her puppy package was great, fun and informative. She provides clear explanations about your dog's behavior and is always positive in her approach. She teaches you how to read your dog's behavior and strategize how best to address an issue. We are working now on counter-conditioning and reactivity with our dog Remy. Highly recommend Beth Hurley!
