I have known Doug for many years and he is my go to guy for any issues that are dog related. I trust his knowledge and his approach. I consulted him by phone before we brought our shelter rescue dog home. He gave us all of the do’s and don’ts was o help make it an easy transition for our new pup. He also helped us out when we had a biting incident. He helped us understand the reasoning behind it and what steps to take to prevent it from happening again and to how rebuild the trust. Doug has been awesome and we are so appreciative of his knowledge and his help!
