Better Way Dogs

My veterinarian recommended Chloe and Better Way Dogs. Thank goodness she did! I brought home a rescue puppy that is all puppy. I needed help as I didn’t know what I was doing. There is so much good information that I have learned from them! My pup walks on a leash like a champ now. We spent an hour with Destin one of her trainers walking through the Prairie village shops, including the pet store as well as the hardware store. There is no way I could’ve done that without their guidance. There is so much to learn that I never would’ve thought of! They are so knowledgeable, kind, and absolutely adore pups of course. They have also set up supervised play dates with other puppies and have taught both me and Cinnamon appropriate play behavior and how to guide them. I 100% recommend Better Way Dogs and love Chloe and Destin!!

Chloe kindly came over to do a training session with my fearful foster. Mags is only 3 months old but really had a mistrust of food and what we were manipulating her to do. One session, I learned how to approach Mags better and watched Chloe's body language to learn how to train Mags. Chloe gave me the tools and confidence I need to feel like I'm doing what is best for Mags, as I give her a safe place to land before her forever home. Although Mags isn't reactive, she is very fearful--as she grows, it's important to learn how to train her in the best way FOR HER. And that's what Chloe helped us do--in a small session, Mags is already more confident in her crate; crating and her leash.

I was struggling one evening and texted Chloe. She gave me a great suggestion on how to manage the situation and it worked beautifully. She is truly knowledgeable and educated. We have owned dogs for years and yet we have learned so many new things working with Chloe. But I have to say the thing that stands out the most is how much she cares!
