BLACKBERRY GUNDOGS

John Riddle and I met one day a couple of early winters ago over by 3rd Ditch just west of Coldwater Mississippi. We were both leaving when we struck up a conversation and made our mutual introductions....I had been Crappie fishing and we hit it off right away. He'd been over east of hwy 51 Snipe shooting I recall. Long story short we became friends and I had the pleasure of wade fishing for Crappies on numerous occasions with him after that. As a major coincidence, it turned out that I had acquired a superb chocolate lab that was out of another breeder and trainer year before with whom he had an affiliation.....small world. I've never seen or met a fellow who does what he does with as much passion, energy, dedication and success as this young man. And in addition to all that, he has remarkable dogs and is one heck of a nice gentleman. The path less traveled he has chosen is a testament to his dedication and reputation in his field, and should anyone need an outstanding dog, or an outstanding trip, he's your Huckleberry.....or should I say Blackberry? Outstanding operation to say the least.
