What a great experience! Don’t you love working with knowledgeable, experienced, and thoughtful service providers? Becca really has it all! I am a first-time dog owner and was struggling to communicate with my doggy. My dog’s behavior and my lack of experience to manage it, made me feel disappointed and embarrassed when we walked in the neighborhood. Pepper’s barking, growling, and lunging had become notorious among the other walkers. With Becca’s training, she now walks by my side and only with provocation from others does she get distracted from me. We still have a lot to learn but Becca has helped me “read “my dog and Pepper is grateful. We are both much happier. I was fortunate to have heard of Becca from one of my neighbors. What a stroke of luck!

Becca has been fantastic in helping my foster dog reach his potential and be successful. He came to me with very little training and she has not only helped me instill structure and helped both me and my foster learn how to better communicate, but has also never hesitated to respond to texts with questions and offer solutions. Loved working with Becca and my dog learned so much! Her holistic approach worked very well for us - training both me and my dog to reach functional, realistic goals. We focused on leash reactivity, loose leash waking, and recall with various levels of stimuli. My dog loved her and really enjoyed training with her. She made sure to see him in different environments and was extremely accommodating of our schedule to get a whole picture of his behavior. She travelled to us, saw him in different moods, after different levels of exercise, in different weather and during different times of day. She has an uncanny ability to meet us exactly where we were, find what we would both respond to and guided us to very impressive progress in a matter of days. With her experience as a vet tech and running animal shelters, she understands how much health and environment impact behavior, and is sure to make sure basic needs are covered before getting into the thick of training. She also completely understands the emotional aspect of your connection with your dog, and you leave every training feeling like an empowered dog owner that is ready and able to provide a fantastic life for your dog. I wish I could stay in the area longer, and even considered changing my travel plans just so that my dog could get more time with Becca. Also - her rates are a steal for the level of training she provides! You want to schedule time with her before she becomes the most popular trainer in the region, because it’s only a matter of time. TLDR: Becca’s multi-faceted approach will make your and your dog’s life better.

Becca has been wonderful to work with. She does a great job not only training the pups but also educating the owners on what she’s doing and provides tools to keep on training at home. I am a first time dog owner with an excitable (but lovable) puppy and Becca has been a wonderful source of knowledge and is always happy to answer questions! She makes training fun too! The last time Becca left my pup sat at the door for 15 min waiting for her to come back! Can’t recommend her enough!
