The capabilities, understanding, experience and dedication of Blitz Pet Professionals and Sondra far exceeds five stars. We have two German Shepherds that were easy-going puppies until they reached about 1, then they started to take over in small ways in our house and unfortunately for us we let them. Over time it got to the point where we were afraid to have people to our house and taking them for a walk was out of the question. Live after help from Blitz … We have a great relationship with our shepherds now. Everywhere we take them we are complemented on their good behavior. We can do things we never thought we would be able to, like going for walks with our shepherds at Jacobsburg State Park. I think one of the biggest benefits of Blitz’s is that after they have properly trained your dog, they spend as many hours as it takes showing you how to be a good handler. They meet you at various locations with your dog and teach you how to handle countless situations. They are right there with you helping you make good decisions and they continue to help you until they feel that you are ready to handle it by yourself. Thank you Sondra you are AMAZING !

We have been working with Sondra for 7 months to help us with our border collie Bernie. We were very close to returning our dog to the breeder. Sondra came in and helped us to understand how to train and work with Bernie. Sondra is amazing. Her level of knowledge about canines is bar none. Not to mention her understanding of the human connection to their pet. She is able to identify exactly what the issues are and correct them. Sondra's intense approach of one on one visits several times a week gave us the foundation to manage and train Bernie. She is always available to talk and troubleshoot issues that may surface. I can't say enough about her except if you are having issues with your pet, CALL HER!!!

I have been using Sondra for almost 4 months. We purchased our OEB puppy at 8 weeks and started, what we thought, was training. He was a very high energy dog with no focus. He did quite a few home visits to get a foundation, then he was boarded with Sondra. Came home and I work at least 5 days a week with him to keep him fresh. No one that I researched have as good of a contract as Sondra. You have her services for an entire YEAR of training! You get what you put out of it. She is always there if I have a question or want her to see him she is there. Such an important part since practice makes perfect.
