Blue Cord K9

Very thankful for Blue Cord K9! Our 6 year old Husky has always had an attitude and does not like to be told what to do. We have made slight progress before but never anything substantial. We finally decided to contact Blue Cord K9 since we recently had a baby and did not want our dog’s attitude to lead to undesirable actions. Steven was assigned as our trainer and he was awesome to work with. I learned more in 7 sessions than I thought possible and our 6 year old Husky (and 7 year old labradoodle) are starting to look like new dogs. You really can teach old dogs new tricks… or at least teach them to listen on the first command. If you’re on the fence, just do it. It’s 100% worth the money and will actually make you enjoy being around your dogs again.

Larinda and the team at Blue Cord are all phenomenal. I have a cattle dog who I needed some help with building confidence and boundaries and their programs helped so much! Each session was a digestible amount of training and things to practice, tailored to my dog's needs and it progressed in a way that was easy to build on. Over a year later I still have a happier pup who is a better canine citizen. I've needed a couple sessions for environmental factors (ie moving) that have popped up - mostly to help me understand how to set my dog up for success - and they have been communicative and helpful at every step. I can't recommend them enough!

Life changing experience for our dog!! Before working with Anthony and the team at Blue Cord K9, our dog Zilong struggled deeply with confidence. He was extremely fearful and reactive, constantly barking and not allowing anyone near him. Taking him out in public felt overwhelming and honestly scary, and we were worried about his quality of life. From the very beginning, Anthony’s patience, knowledge, and calm approach made a huge difference. He didn’t just train Zilong, he helped build his confidence. What truly amazed us was the dedication of the entire Blue Cord K9 team. At one point, they even brought a full team of five trainers to our home to run real life drills with Zilong, helping him become comfortable around people in a controlled and supportive way. That level of commitment was absolutely incredible and showed how much they genuinely care. Today, Zilong is a completely different dog. He can go out in public, meet new people, and handle situations that once terrified him. The constant barking and fear have been replaced with confidence and trust. Seeing how far Zilong has come is truly emotional for us. We are beyond grateful to Anthony and the amazing team at Blue Cord K9 for their dedication, professionalism, and heart. This wasn’t just training, it was a transformation. Thank you for giving our dog and us a happier, more confident life.
