Hey Joe, I am sorry to hear that we were not a good fit when we spoke to you about H***** back in January of this year. I am glad to hear that our team is friendly and informative. I do want to let you know that we opened in 2007 and did not raise our prices during Covid, in fact as part of the community we serve we offered several free or low cost lessons for owners due to the "surge" during CD, to hopefully prevent the lack of socialization from causing a burden on the local rescues and shelters. The 6 week program at 1 hour a week is under $2,000.00 and we do not ask anyone to purchase an e-collar separately, as of today 11/16/2023 we still gift equipment like that to our clients.. Also, we do not offer any "abbreviated" programs at $1000.00 (Your previous email in January 2023 outlined that other company's do this at 4 lessons for $250.00 and that was a model you thought we should consider). If a program was offered to you at that price point is was a team member trying to assist you in meeting your goals. We never claimed to be a celebrity for your training and we also do not follow this particular celebrities business model. Although he does seem like a nice guy. We received your email with constructive criticism on prices and volume for business January 27, 2023. To be clear we do not want a "volume" of training clients at one time as quantity is not our goal. We keep our Quality of training high, valuable and consistent with our current commitment to be dedicated to helping families and their pets. We will never trade quantity over quality in the training we put out. I appreciate the email before and the follow up here on our review page. Have a fantastic week and a wonderful holiday season!
