Blue Prints Dog Studio

This is the worst customer service/experience I might have ever encountered. I did Basic I training with them. The first class my dog and I were forced to practice in the back hallway with all the mops and buckets because my dog barked at another dog. I immediately demanded a refund. After FIVE phone calls I finally received reimbursement- minus the cost for the first class (that I spent in the back hallway unable to hear anything). DO NOT go to this place- unprofessional and obviously unable to actually train any dogs if they can't handle a dog barking!

I have been very happy with Blue Prints, no complaints at all. All of the staff have been friendly, helpful and genuinely care about my dog. I feel that he is safe and well cared for and in good hands when he is there. We've taken several training classes there and the lessons are reinforced throughout the day, it's not just play. The classes have been very beneficial to me and my dog and they are fun as well. I can also arrange grooming from the Pink Pug next door during the day while he's there, they have also been wonderful. Our experience has been great and I hope to bring my dogs there for years to come.

This place is wonderful. I know my dog is safe and happy. They do an excellent job of watching the dogs so nothing gets crazy. Also there are only two crates in the room and they only use them if a doggie is misbehaving as a time out. Their flexible hours are great. If they refuse a dog it is for a reason. Not all dogs can handle daycare and they are careful to weed them out. Also everyone who works there has lots of training in caring for dogs.
